Return Policy – I.T. Computers

At I.T. Computers, we want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, we offer a transparent and fair return policy.

Return Request Period

You can request a return of a product within 7 calendar days after receipt, as provided for in the Consumer Defense Code.

Conditions for Return

For the return to be accepted, the product must:

  • Be without signs of use, with the original packaging and all accessories.
  • Be accompanied by the invoice.
  • Be in perfect condition, without physical damage or violation of security seals.

Exchange Due to Defect

If the product presents a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, contact us for a technical evaluation. If the defect is confirmed, we will exchange it or issue a full refund.

Refund

After receiving and analyzing the returned product, the refund will be processed within 7 business days, according to the original payment method:

  • Credit card: chargeback on the statement.
  • Pix or bank slip: deposit into a bank account.

Shipping Costs

  • Return due to regret: the shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
  • Return due to defect or shipping error: the shipping is on us.

How to Request

Send an email to atendimento@itcomputers.com.br with:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions for the process.
